Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Once orders has been shipped, it may takes up to 5 working days to reach destination address. (shipping days might take longer than usual due to peak festive season)
Domestic Shipping Rates
We offer RM6 flat rate shipping to West Malaysia and RM10 to East Malaysia.
We offer Free shipping for orders over RM150 and above.
Local delivery
Local delivery is available using Lalamove / Grab Express service within Klang Valley area. Delivery fees will be quoted base on the destination address.
Free local delivery is available for orders over RM150 within Klang Valley area (capped at RM7, customer to pay balance of Lalamove/ Grab express charges if there is any).
Deliveries are made from 10am to 6pm on Monday to Friday. We will contact you via Whatsapp/text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping for around the world.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery timelines for international shipping will be from 7 to 21 working days depend on your destination and custom clearance from the day the order has been shipped.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Vision Blossom Sdn Bhd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Vision Blossom Sdn Bhd is not responsible for goods that fail to be delivered due to the importation rules of foreign jurisdictions and as such is unable to provide compensation or refunds for non-delivery to overseas addresses.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days (Malaysia delivery)/ 21 days (international delivery) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at enquiry@vissom.com.my with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
